Designed in collaboration with Maccreanor Lavington
Architects, Dujardin Mews provides 38 new affordable homes. The first social
housing to be built directly by the council in 40 years, the project unlocks a
remediated brownfield site, creating high quality, exemplar housing arranged in
two terraces as well as a new residential street.
The
London Borough of Enfield also won Regional Client of the Year for the project,
and were commended for their “willingness to invest in quality, openness to the
design team’s expertise and engagement with the community and prospective
tenants”.
