Designed for the London Borough of Brent, Ujima House is a new
residential-led, mixed-use project comprised of
affordable homes, hybrid workspaces and civic space.
The project forms a key part of the Wembley Housing Zone, an area designated by the Mayor of London in 2015 to re-shape and revitalise the eastern section of Wembley High Road by bringing forward high-quality, affordable housing and public realm improvements; forging a stronger link between Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium.
Ujima House is the second residential scheme we are creating for Brent as part of this important strategy, sitting opposite our project Wembley High Road, Cecil Avenue which achieved approval earlier this year.
