A collaborative team led by Karakusevic Carson Architects
has been granted planning permission for the regeneration of the Nightingale
Estate. The project, for the London Borough of Hackney, will deliver 400 high
quality new homes across a range of tenures, a new community facility and new
public realm for the entire neighbourhood.
The project is a collaboration between Karakusevic Carson Architects, Henley Halebrown, Stephen Taylor Architects and Townshend Landscape Architects. The team has worked closely with the Nightingale community over the past two years, particularly in the design of the new buildings and public realm.
