is currently leading the award winning Bacton Estate regeneration for the London Borough of Camden. The project is a complex urban
regeneration scheme that creates 314 new mixed-tenure homes for the borough
that has thrived through active collaboration with local resident groups and
the local authority. The first completed phase of the project
delivered 67 homes for social rent and was listed in the Guardian’s top ten
‘Buildings of the Year 2016’.
Caroline is also leading the Ponders End Electric Quarter, a masterplan for 167 homes for the London Borough of Enfield and in 2016 she was shortlisted for an RIBA Rising Stars Award for her excellence in community housing and engagement.
Caroline joined the practice in 2012 and became an Associate in 2015.
