has 10 years’ experience working on city and regional strategies, the
masterplanning of new neighbourhoods and the development of build-to-rent
housing, tailored to the different needs of public and private sector bodies.
Maurizio is currently leading the design of the Byron Quarter for the London Borough of Harrow, a long-term framework to fund and deliver new leisure facilities, park improvements and a mixed-tenure residential quarter of 820 new homes. Past projects include the regeneration of Ponders End in Enfield, the design of a pair of residential buildings for Phase 3 of the Colville Estate masterplan in Hackney and a masterplan for a 30 ha site in South Bermondsey.
Maurizio joined the practice in 2012 and previously worked for Design for London (DfL) and the GLA on the All London Green Grid programme.
